The British Columbia Sports Rep Association formed on March 2, 1992 with the aim of unifying agents and representatives in the general sporting goods industry throughout B.C.

This is done through:

• organizing and promoting a bi-annual trade show where members display sporting goods, clothing, and accessories to prospective retailers.
• producing a Show Directory, which is distributed to all retailers in attendance. The directory also provides an opportunity to advertise.
• meeting with all agent members during each Show. Members are invited to discuss and decide upon dates for upcoming shows, members of the Board, and any ideas for improvement of the Show.
