We are happy to reconfirm the Retailer Hotel Subsidy for the Summer 2026 Show!

With FIFA in town and hotel prices higher than usual, we want to help make your stay more affordable. Exclusive for Summer 2026 Show ONLY, BCSRA will provide a $150 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the Show (and before June 26, 2026), and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Monday, June 8 to Wednesday, June 10, 2026).
Note, the group rate is currently $339/night plus tax.
