Exciting news for Summer 2026! BCSRA is introducing an Agent Hotel Subsidy exclusively for the 2026 Summer Show. With FIFA in town and hotel prices higher than usual, we want to help make your stay more affordable.

The BCSRA will provide a $100 subsidy for every room night booked at the partner hotel, the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport.

Simply send us your final invoice after the Show (and before June 26, 2026), and we will reimburse a portion of what you paid for accommodation during the show dates (from Monday, June 8 to Wednesday, June 10, 2026).

Note, the group rate is currently $339/night plus tax.
